2024.06.24. The Fair Economy — The Korean Academy of Venture Innovation (KAVI) will hold its "2024 Spring Academic Conference" at 2 p.m. on the 28th in the Diamond Hall on the third floor and the Garnet Hall on the second floor of the FKI Tower Conference Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
Held under the theme "Creating New Business Value in the Age of Generative AI," the event will bring together KAVI members, startups and venture innovation experts both in person and online via a YouTube livestream.
The event will open with a keynote speech by Heo Seong-uk, president of the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), followed by a lecture from Kwon Yeong-cheol, editor-in-chief of Economic Daily, on "Deep Smart and Pioneering New Markets."
Outstanding innovation cases from venture companies will also be presented. Pobblegate will present "Leap in the Web 3.0 Era: Strengthening National Competitiveness with Generative AI and Blockchain," Hekaton AI will present "Generative AI and the Opportunities and Challenges for SMEs," and Tiger Company will present "What Becomes Possible When AI Meets Work Platforms?"
In addition, the conference will share domestic and international trends in venture and innovation through presentations of five outstanding papers and two award-winning papers.
