2024.07.15. The Fair Economy — Artificial Intelligence (AI) digital document SaaS company Synapsoft (CEO Jeon Gyeong-heon) announced that its 'Synapsoft Editor 3.0' has received GS certification grade 1.
The GS (Good Software) certification is a system that guarantees the quality of domestic software (SW). It is awarded only to products that pass TTA's rigorous evaluation and review processes for performance and stability, and certified products are classified as priority purchase targets for public institutions.
Synapsoft Editor already received GS certification grade 1 in 2019 and was registered on the Public Procurement Service's digital service mall, but after the release of the upgraded version 'Synapsoft Editor 3.0' earlier this year, it reacquired GS certification.
Synapsoft Editor is an innovative HTML5-based web editor that uses a 'Non Active X' approach, developed based on over 20 years of accumulated digital document processing know-how and proven technology.
It provides document import functionality for MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hancom Office (Hangul), and OpenOffice (ODT) documents, offering an outstanding web document authoring and editing environment that surpasses the limitations of the most commonly used 'copy and paste' in traditional web editors. In addition, it offers innovative and differentiated features such as Excel functions and shape insertion, along with an intuitive interface, providing a convenient user experience.
Furthermore, it complies with web standards and web accessibility, helping to bridge the information gap in web content used for public-facing services of public institutions, and easily supports maintenance and scalability of applied sites.
The newly certified Synapsoft Editor 3.0 now offers AI-powered new features, including real-time collaborative editing that allows multiple users to edit web content simultaneously, AI optical character recognition (OCR) to easily convert text or tables within images into web content, and integration with generative AI to automatically generate various web content drafts in just a few seconds. This significantly simplifies workflows and dramatically reduces data collection time.
