Verkada and LG CNS join forces to provide cloud-based integrated physical security platform

The Fair Economy — Verkada Korea (CEO Woo Cheong-ha), a provider of cloud-based physical security solutions, announced on the 15th that it has signed a partnership with LG CNS (CEO Hyun Sin-gyun), a digital transformation (DX) specialist, to expand the domestic physical security solutions market.

According to Verkada, the company will provide a cloud-based integrated physical security platform through this partnership.

LG CNS will support enterprise customers in utilizing Verkada's security platform across various cloud environments, including public and private clouds.

Verkada expects that combining LG CNS's cloud capabilities with Verkada's technology will help more companies build smarter and safer security environments.

Since establishing its Korean subsidiary in August last year, Verkada has signed partnerships with more than 40 top domestic technology solution providers, including ETEVERS and iNETBANK.

Lee Yeong-mi, senior managing director in charge of LG CNS's Cloud Network Business, emphasized, "Verkada has a platform that can integrate and manage various devices, including CCTV, environmental sensors, and cellular gateways, linked with the latest DX technologies such as AI and cloud. We will provide full support so that enterprise customers can effectively pursue DX in cooperation with Verkada."

Verkada recently appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to expand its global commercial business and announced a new integration program to enhance the interoperability of its Command Platform.

In addition, after establishing a new ASEAN headquarters in Singapore, Verkada is focusing on expanding its physical security business through partnerships such as this one with LG CNS.
