2024.07.16. The Fair Economy — Remote solution specialist Rsupport (CEO Seo Hyeong-su) announced on the 16th that it held the '2nd Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA) Executive Collaboration Day of 2024' at its new office in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
The KOSA Executive Collaboration Day is an event organized by KOSA to share trends in the domestic and international software (SW) industry and strengthen business cooperation among member companies. This year's second event was held at Rsupport's office. Rsupport completed its new office in Godeok-dong this year and all employees moved in last May.
According to Rsupport, about 20 executives from major SW companies, including NAVER Cloud Corp., Bespin Global, Exem, Jiransoft, DATASOFT, Metanet Digital, Brainz Company, Vdream, SysOne, Segi Information & Communications, ISU SYSTEM, SJ Link, WISEnut, I-ON Communications, Forcs, and Korea Space Information Communications, visited the new headquarters
During the event, CEO Seo Hyeong-su introduced Rsupport's differentiated technology and key products. The innovative hardware-based remote control solution 'RemoteViewBOX' and the non-face-to-face sales solution 'RemoteVS' drew much attention from attendees.
Subsequently, CEO Seo Hyeong-su shared the company's achievements and know‑how in entering overseas markets such as Japan, while outlining its future vision centered on the momentum of Rsupport's relocation
Seo Hyeong-su, CEO of Rsupport, said, “I am very pleased to be able to share Rsupport’s overseas market expansion experience and discuss the direction of Korea’s SW industry development through this event. Going forward, Rsupport will continue to contribute to enhancing the global competitiveness of K‑SW by closely collaborating with domestic IT industry stakeholders, including KOSA member companies.”
Meanwhile, SW company executives who visited Rsupport that day showed great interest, carefully examining various aspects of the new office. The new Rsupport office, with six basement levels and nine above-ground floors, prioritizes employee convenience and work efficiency. In particular, specially designed desks that consider developers' immersion and individuality, as well as employee-priority parking spaces provided across five basement levels, received a positive response.
