2024.07.17. The Fair Economy — Japan Airlines (JAL) announced that it has signed a supply agreement as a partner airline for SK Telecom (SKT)'s 'T In-Flight Wi-Fi' service, and starting on the 17th, it will provide JAL in-flight Wi-Fi codes to subscribers of the T Roaming Direct rate plan.

Customers who sign up for the service on SKT's T Roaming website or at airport roaming centers can use the service at a discount of up to 100% depending on their rate plan. On all JAL flights on the Gimpo-Haneda route, except for certain aircraft types such as the Boeing B737-800, passengers can access Wi-Fi by simply entering the code without any separate registration procedure.

Since launching its in-flight Wi-Fi service in 2012, JAL has been continuously expanding and upgrading it to create a faster and more convenient network environment.

In addition, JAL's efforts to enhance customer convenience, such as providing free Wi-Fi on all domestic flights in Japan, were recognized with the APEX '2024 Best Wi-Fi in Eastern Asia' award.

More details can be found on the SKT T Roaming website.
