The Fair Economy — Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Transformation (DX) solution specialist InsWave Systems (CEO Eo Se-ryong) announced on the 18th that it has consecutively won the reinsurance system project and the OnLevel calculation system construction project for Samsung Life Insurance.
InsWave said the consecutive wins reflect recognition of its technical expertise and ability to deliver customized solutions.
According to InsWave, the project to build Samsung Life Insurance's reinsurance system requires various features, including managing electronic document transmission history, basic information screen management, and source data extraction and loading. The company plans to enhance the efficiency and security of data management and radically improve the client's business processes. The WebSquare5 solution will be applied to support an efficient user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
In addition, the on-level calculation system construction project aims to meet high standards in security management, performance requirements, and quality requirements, while shortening data calculation time and optimizing system resource usage. WebSquare5 is expected to shorten development periods and increase ease of maintenance through user-friendly UI/UX implementation as well as various components and automated processes.
Samsung Life Insurance is implementing a major UI/UX overhaul to improve the existing complex interfaces across its various internal and external services and to enhance usability. This project also reflects a strong commitment to innovatively improving customer experience through the representative UI/UX platform WebSquare solution.
In addition, InsWave has continued its active track record this year by winning contracts for projects including the Ministry of Defence's next-generation military legal information system, the National Fire Agency's 119 emergency medical response smart system, the National Fire Agency's cloud-based fire prevention information system integration project, the National Tax Service's HomeTax upgrade project, and a comprehensive overhaul of the National Library for the Disabled's alternative material production management system (AMPAS) and disability fact-checking service.
