2024.07.25. The Fair Economy — SECUI Corp. (CEO Jung Sam-yong) announced on the 25th that it held a Sambok (the three hottest days) event to boost the morale of employees exhausted by the ongoing heat and rainy season.
According to SECUI, the company is holding in-house events timed to Chobok, Jungbok and Malbok — the three hottest days of the Korean summer — to look after employees' health in the sweltering heat and foster a culture of enjoyable communication.
To mark chobok, SECUI Corp. served samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) as a nourishing lunch. Employees gathered together to eat the hearty meal and spend time communicating with their colleagues.
On the 25th, which is Jungbok, the company held an ice cream sharing event in front of the Jongno Tower building where its headquarters is located, targeting employees and nearby office workers.
The event was open not only to employees but also to anyone who subscribed to SECUI's YouTube channel. It was reported that even ordinary visitors to Jongno Tower enjoyed the event alongside SECUI employees.
As a family-friendly company, SECUI plans to send mobile chicken gift vouchers on Malbok, the last of the three hottest days, to encourage employees to spend time with their families.
CEO Jung Sam-yong of SECUI said, "We are continuously developing and supporting in-house events that can boost employee morale. In particular, I hope this will give strength to our employees who are working hard preparing for the launch of new models of TARP, our AI-based threat response platform, and BlueMax WIPS, Korea's first to support Wi-Fi 7."
