2024.08.06. The Fair Economy — PRIBIT Technology (CEO Kim Yeong-rang) announced on the 6th that it has successfully completed the K-Testbed verification for building a zero trust solution at K-water and has obtained a technology and product performance certificate for it.

The K-Testbed support project is a project supervised by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance that opens up infrastructure such as facilities and equipment of public and private institutions to domestic startups and small and medium-sized enterprises to support research and development and verification. PRIBIT Technology conducted verification of its zero trust solution 'PRIBIT Connect', which is based on the data flow layer.

According to PRIBIT Technology, PRIBIT Connect uses new-concept management technology centered on network access control to allow access to trusted remote access applications and blocks unverified applications such as ransomware and malware from accessing the work network.

The pilot test evaluated technical performance across six categories: ▲user and device authentication, ▲security compliance, ▲access control, ▲behavior control, ▲monitoring and auditing, and ▲performance testing. PRIBIT Connect passed all 50 test items, demonstrating its excellence and stability.

The company explained that by successfully verifying an advanced security system through data access control in the pilot environment of K-water, a key institution responsible for managing national security facilities, it confirmed the potential for the zero trust security model to further strengthen the security level of public institutions.

PRIBIT Technology plans to continue to contribute to spreading the zero trust security system and enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic cyber security model through cooperation with various institutions and companies.

Kim Yeong-rang, CEO of PRIBIT Technology, said, "Through the success of this K-Testbed verification, we have once again confirmed that our zero trust solution can operate effectively in various environments. We will continue to do our best to strengthen the security of domestic public institutions and companies through continuous technology development and verification."
