2024.08.21. The Fair Economy — Network security specialist SOOSAN INT Co., LTD. (SOOSAN INT) said on the 21st that four of its network security solutions have been registered under third-party unit price contracts for commercial software (SW) on the Public Procurement Service's Digital Service Mall.

Third-party unit price contracts are a system in which the Public Procurement Service sets unit prices and signs supply contracts with vendors for items commonly needed by multiple public institutions, then supplies those items to the institutions.

According to SOOSAN INT, the company had previously handled registration and sales through its general distributor for the Public Procurement Service. However, following the implementation of a reform plan in July, it registered directly on the Digital Service Mall as a manufacturer, enabling continuous third-party unit price contracts (direct negotiations) with public institutions.

The security solutions registered this time include the harmful site blocking solution 'eWalker SWG V10', the SSL visibility solution 'ePrism SSL VA V10', and the network data loss prevention solution 'eWalker DLP V10'. All are the latest versions reflecting upgraded security features, including responses to generative artificial intelligence (AI).

With this registration, public institutions can conveniently check network security solution information by searching for 'SOOSAN INT' on the Public Procurement Service's digital service mall, and can purchase security solutions without submitting various documents, allowing for easier and faster adoption.

Jung Eun-a, CEO of SOOSAN INT, said, "Led by our SSL visibility solution and harmful website blocking solution, which have ranked No. 1 in the market for six consecutive years, our security solutions have already proven their technological competitiveness and stability at public institutions." She added, "We will continue to provide optimal security solutions through steady technology development tailored to the diverse needs of public institutions."
